"Marcus and his team are absolutely sensational. Anytime I have a question about my policy or coverage, they are incredibly prompt and efficient and getting back to me and bend over backwards to make sure that I am a happy customer. I've been with this Branch for several years now, and I don't plan on changing anytime soon. I've never had an insurance team care as much as this team does. Recently I had to cancel insurance on a car that broke down, I forgot to call the office right when everything happened. Called the office a couple weeks later, Told them the situation and they even prorated the refund for me for the couple of weeks that the vehicle was insured but I couldn't drive it. Genuinely couldn't ask for any better service"
